Join the Front Range Bears at Pike Community group campground located about 6 miles north of Woodland Park in central Colorado. It is complete with a baseball field, playground, sand volleyball court and a horseshoe pit. Enjoy nearby access to hiking and biking trails nestled within a ponderosa pine forest at an elevation of 7,700 feet. The nearby Centennial Trail is a paved, accessible recreation trail that connects Pike Community Campground to Manitou Lake. Manitou Lake offers trout fishing and canoeing on the small, 5-acre lake.
We are doing some thing new this year. We will have the Friday and Saturday breakfast and dinner catered. Of course we will also have plenty of fire wood on hand if there is no fire band.
