Front Range Bears, Inc. is a Colorado non-profit corporation.  Current incorporation papers filed and approved by the Colorado Secretary of State on 26 March, 1993.  Front Range Bears, Inc. files annual reports with the Colorado Secretary of State, and those reports are available to the public at http://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/business/main.htm

The Board of Directors of Front Range Bears, Inc., comprises the President, Vice President,  Secretary, Treasurer and two Members-at-Large, who serve overlapping two-year terms beginning at an annual meeting in December.

Although we are a non-profit entity, donations to  the Front Range Bears are not deductible for tax purposes unless they are directly associated with FRB fundraisers for specified and member-approved charities.
