Super Bowl Party at Joe's
     Joe Velez will be hosting the a Super Bowl party during the game on Sunday, Feb 3. Kickoff time is 4:18.   Joe is working until an hour before game time that day, so folks should not arrive before 3:30pm, please. He could use the help of a few guys to help set things up, and they can email him to volunteer.
     This will be a "finger food" potluck and BYOB. Looking for good screamers and yellers. There will be a game pool -- the amount per square depending on the number of people present, and how much everyone wants to make it.   Bears who pick the winning team will have first shot at the hot tub. The rest will have to suffer by drinking, eating, and having good company while they wait.

     Meet and mingle with old and new members. Participate in your club's business. Let us know what's on your mind. Join a committee and have fun making events happen. We'll celebrate February birthdays, and of course there will be door prizes!

     Valentines Day is coming. What will you be wearing? The last Manwhich party was such success I was asked to have another right away. So, by popular demand mark your calendars for February 9, for the first Manwhich party of the year.
     All you bears showed us you fancy holiday boxers and briefs, so now it is time to show off your favorite valentines wear.   Pull out all the cupids, hearts, and red undies and join us for a great time. If you are too shy to show your valentines gear don't worry come by anyway and join the bears.

     FRB members and friends -- let's get together for a weekend matinee performance of the new film Vantage Point, an international assassination thriller starring Dennis Quaid, Matthew Fox (from "Lost"), Forest Whitaker, Sigourney Weaver and William Hurt. 5 extra points on your Regal Crown Club card for this performance!
     The United Artists' Denver Pavilions cinema has free parking (validated) in a sheltered garage below the Pavilions shopping center on 15th Street Mall downtown. Theater location is top level of the Pavilions (above Barnes & Noble) on 16th Street Mall at Tremont. (Approach on the Welton street side for underground parking.      Looking for a midweek social break? We're happy to introduce a new activity for our bears! A weekly coffee night at Scooter Joe's will take place on Wednesdays starting Feb 27. Come for coffee, tea, sodas, but come enjoy the company and help us kick off this new alternative.
     Scooter Joe's (726 Lincoln St, between 7th and 8th Aves) is in central Denver. They serve sandwiches & salads as well as desserts... Try the mocha float, and the homemade peanut butter cups are to die for.
