August Gathering – 8/11/18

Join the Front Range Bears for its Monthly Gathering to be held at the fabulous Gladys the Nosey Neighbor Club.

When? Saturday August 11th! As always it will be a Pot Luck event with the Club providing fried and baked chicken as the main entree. Bring your favorite dessert or side dish! As always you can expect a great selection of delicious offerings.

The game or gag for the night will be “Pin the appendage (imagination required) on the Naked Man!” The thought alone will give us all the vapors!

Keep in mind that you are more than encouraged to stay afterwards and enjoy the entertainment at Gladys! Also the Trade will be “full steam ahead” just across the street!

Plenty of parking! No parking meters! Join us!

2018 FRB Campout

Join the Front Range Bears at Pike Community group campground located about 6 miles north of Woodland Park in central Colorado. It is complete with a baseball field, playground, sand volleyball court and a horseshoe pit. Enjoy nearby access to hiking and biking trails nestled within a ponderosa pine forest at an elevation of 7,700 feet.  The nearby Centennial Trail is a paved, accessible recreation trail that connects Pike Community Campground to Manitou Lake.  Manitou Lake offers trout fishing and canoeing on the small, 5-acre lake.
We are doing some thing new this year.  We will have the Friday and Saturday breakfast and dinner catered.   Of course we will also have plenty of fire wood on hand if there is no  fire band.
